The new RepublicServices.com includes the following enhancements:
- Easy navigation - The website is designed based on the topics most important to customers as confirmed by user testing that
Republic implemented during each step of the redesign process. - Products and services requests - Upon providing a service address, customers can view and order from a suite of products and services - such as curbside pickups, recycling and dumpster rentals – that are available to them.
- Customized information - Based on location, customers can find options such as products and services in the immediate area, weather alerts, holiday schedules and local customer service offices.
- Mobile web access - To adjust to the needs of the growing number of Americans who use electronic devices, the site's clean design can be viewed through a mobile phone, laptop or tablet.
- New video content – In the coming months, the site will feature videos to help customers learn more about recycling, waste services and keeping the planet clean.
