Republic Services Responds to Unsolicited Proposal from Waste Management
FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla., Jul 14, 2008 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Republic Services, Inc. (NYSE: RSG) today issued the following statement in response to the unsolicited proposal from Waste Management, Inc.
