Jennifer M. Kirk

Jennifer M. Kirk has been on Republic’s board of directors since July 2016. She is Senior Vice President, Global Controller and Chief Accounting Officer at Medtronic PLC. Prior to her role at Medtronic, Ms. Kirk held the position of Senior Vice President, Integration and Value Capture at Occidental Petroleum Corp., where she worked for over 20 years in various roles of increasing responsibility.
Ms. Kirk is a graduate of the University of California, Santa Barbara, earned her MBA from California State University, Bakersfield, and is a certified public accountant.
