James P. Snee has been on Republic’s board of directors since July 2018. He is Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Hormel Foods Corp., where he has worked for 30 years.

Mr. Snee graduated from New Mexico State University and earned his MBA from the University of St. Thomas.
