Corporate Governance

Documents and Charters

Our political contributions policy and procedures allow us to contribute to qualified candidates for federal, state or local office or to committees that support public policies that provide greater opportunity for us and the industries in which we conduct our activities, including collection services, landfill services, transfer services, and recycling services. We make direct corporate contributions in those states where they are authorized by law, and also maintain an employee-funded political action committee that makes contributions. Our policies and procedures require our employees to comply with all applicable laws and regulations governing political contributions and regulating corporate participation in public and governmental affairs.
