Michael A. Duffy joined Republic’s board of directors in July 2020. He is CEO of FleetPride Inc., a leading national distributor of aftermarket parts for the U.S. heavy-duty truck industry. Prior to his role at FleetPride, Mr. Duffy served as CEO of C&S Wholesale Grocers, Inc., the nation’s largest wholesale grocery distributor. Mr. Duffy serves as a director of FleetPride’s parent entity, ASP FleetPride Holdings, LLC.

Mr. Duffy earned both a bachelor’s degree in Operations Research and a master’s degree in Transportation from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
